Industrial warehouse concrete floor restoration with yellow safety striping by Surflex Systems.

Surflex Systems restores existing concrete flooring and wall surfaces through mechanical grinding, shotblasting, crack and joint repair, leveling, concrete polishing, sealing, and protective coatings. From occupied offices and commercial spaces to warehouses, industrial floors, and residential driveways and garages, we prepare damaged or outdated surfaces for durable, clean, high-performance use.

OUR SERVICES

Engineered restoration and protective flooring solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential environments.  Licensed, bonded and insured.

1

Mechanical Polishing

Turns dull, worn, or previously covered concrete into smooth, low-maintenance polished floors for offices, warehouses, showrooms, and production areas. Typically performed with industrial grinders, progressive diamond tooling, densifier, and final polishing or guarding as needed.

2

Epoxy Coatings

Creates a sealed, durable floor system for areas exposed to forklifts, chemicals, spills, washdowns, heavy traffic, or hard daily use. Usually installed after mechanical surface prep with primer, build coats, broadcast media when needed, and a protective topcoat.

3

Concrete Sealing & Protection

Adds a protective barrier to prepared slabs to reduce dusting, staining, moisture exposure, and long-term wear on working concrete surfaces. Applied after cleaning or grinding with penetrating sealers, guards, or protective coatings matched to the slab and exposure.

4

Shotblasting & Grinding

Removes old glue, coatings, weak surface material, and contaminants so new coatings, sealers, leveling products, or polished finishes bond correctly. Done with shotblasters or concrete grinders, typically tied to dust-control vacuums and selected to create the required surface profile.

5

Crack & Joint Correction

Closes floor and wall cracks, control joints, expansion joints, and detail gaps before sealing, coating, polishing, or continued facility use. Cracks and joints are routed or cleaned, filled with the right epoxy, polyurethane, polyurea, joint filler, or sealant, then finished flush when needed.

6

Concrete Slab & Wall Repair

Rebuilds spalled areas, chipped edges, trench pour-backs, holes, wall damage, and vertical defects so surfaces are sound before finish work. Unsound material is removed, edges are prepared, and repair mortar, epoxy mortar, or cementitious patching material is placed and finished.

7

Floor Leveling & Surface Prep

Corrects low spots, uneven transitions, wavy slabs, and trip-prone areas before coatings, polishing, flooring installation, or equipment use. High areas are ground down, while low or damaged areas are primed and filled with leveling compound, underlayment, or repair material.

8

Microtopping & Resurfacing

Adds a thin cementitious finish layer when concrete is stained, patched, worn, or too inconsistent for the desired final surface. Installed in thin troweled or squeegeed layers over prepared and primed concrete, then sealed or coated for the intended use.

9

Striping

Marks travel paths, safety zones, equipment areas, parking layouts, and warehouse aisles so facilities are easier to navigate and manage. Layouts are measured, masked or stenciled, and applied with traffic-rated paint, epoxy, or urethane after the surface is cleaned and prepared.

Featured Work

High-performance results showcasing our precision in floor restoration and protective flooring systems for industrial and commercial clients.

The finish starts with the process.

[01] PREP

We evaluate, clean, repair, and profile the surface to create the right foundation for the finish.

[02] GRIND

Controlled grinding levels the slab, removes imperfections, and prepares the floor for refinement.

[03] POLISH

Progressive polishing builds clarity, reflectivity, and a smooth, high-performance concrete finish.

[04] PROTECT

The final surface is sealed or coated for durability, traffic resistance, and long-term protection.
